Thomas Ganey’s home base is the Saint Louis area, where the author welcomes opportunities to address local groups and, as well, to conduct workshops for educators at area schools and colleges.
Professor Ganey also participates in arranged phone chats with teacher groups, classes, and book clubs across America.
Guidelines for arranging a phone chat:
- Contact Thomas Ganey to schedule the session, preferably a week or more in advance.
- Be certain that all participants have read Discovering Your Intelligence: What Nobody Taught You About Your Mind. Have a good set of questions ready to ask the author.
- Topics may vary widely according to your choice. Examples: effective intelligence, creative thinking, critical thinking, teaching intelligence, philosophy, psychology, political reasoning, your experiences, the author’s experiences, the writing process.
- The conversation may range from fifteen minutes to an hour or more depending on your preference.
- At the scheduled starting time, a speaker phone should be operational for your group at your location. Start your session by contacting the author at the phone number he has previously arranged for you to call.
